I expected the calls to be cheaper, but the charges added up faster than I thought. It doesn’t feel like great value, and the whole thing came across as a bit carelessly handled, like they didn’t really make the pricing clear enough upfront.

I tried manet.travel once and overall it worked okay. I was expecting the information to feel a bit more straightforward, but a few things left me second-guessing whether I had understood everything correctly. It’s not a bad service by any means, I just think it could be clearer and more reassuring for users.

The calls worked most of the time, but the audio kept cutting in and out here and there. I found myself having to repeat things more than I should’ve. It wasn’t awful, but I felt a bit misled because I expected the call quality to be smoother than this.
